Welcome to Dream It Tutoring, the dedicated tutoring program of Smile Big, Dream Bigger, LLC, offering specialized, hybrid learning services in both English and Spanish.
We extend our mission to create engaging, accessible educational experiences for children in PreK-3rd grade. This program is designed to build essential skills in English reading, writing, and basic math, while also helping families embrace bilingual learning with our basic to advanced Spanish lessons. All services are provided through comprehensive tutoring packages, starting at 6 hours, ensuring a consistent and structured learning experience for your child without offering one-time or on-demand sessions. Dream IT Tutoring Policies Attendance/Cancellation Policy Students are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled tutoring sessions. If for any reason you are not able to meet with your tutor for a session, you must notify the tutor. The tutor and client must give each other 24 hours to reschedule or cancel an appointment, otherwise the tutor owes the client a make-up session or the client pays for the tutor’s reserved time. If a class group does not register the minimum number of students, client will be notified 72 hours before the first class and offered a similar service of equal or greater value. Payment Payment is required at the time of each tutoring session.
Please have cash or check ready before the end of the appointment. Client may also choose to pre-pay for future tutoring sessions (in person or online. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged $35.00 fee for banking fees. Scheduling In order to confirm an appointment for private tutoring, payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to the session. There are a total of 4 sessions per month with private tutoring.
50% of that payment is due the day of the first session. Individuals are able to book more sessions, but 50% of the cost will always be due at the beginning of each session Class group payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to the session. Full payment is due on the first day of the class. Thee are a total of 6 session per class group. Clients are able to book more group sessions. DREAM IT makes the best effort to contact the student or their parents at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled tutoring session.
We can not guarantee the delivery of any automated reminder. It is the student’s/parents responsibility to keep up with their schedule and communicate changes/conflicts with their tutor. Late Payments We reserve the right to apply late fees and suspend tutoring for late payment. If you have a question about your bill, or you have a dispute with the charges in your current statement, please contact us.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our services. We create a concise plan designed to help students based on our successful track record and offer guaranteed results for certain packages and complimentary tutoring if these guaranteed goals aren’t met. While we strive to prepare students to the best of our ability for their standardized testing, it is impossible to predict the outcome of a test ahead of time.
